Booking and Payment

  • Reservations: Bookings can be made via our website or by contacting us directly.

  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking.

 

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation Policy: For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

  • No-Show Policy: No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

 

Liability

  • Personal Responsibility: Clients are responsible for their personal belongings and safety during the service.

  • Limitation of Liability: Lotus Koi Concierge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

 

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. Virgin Islands.
