Refund Policy

At Lotus Koi Concierge, we understand that travel plans can change. To ensure clarity and fairness, we’ve outlined our refund and cancellation policy below.
Standard Cancellation Terms

Full Refund: You may cancel your experience for a full refund if you notify us at least 24 hours before the experience’s scheduled start time.

No Refund: If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, no refund will be issued.

No Changes Accepted: Changes to bookings made less than 24 hours before the experience start time will not be accepted.

Local Time Cut-Off: All cancellation windows and cut-off times are based on local time in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands.
Weather-Related Cancellations
This experience requires good weather to operate. In the event we must cancel due to inclement weather:

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip against unforeseen events, including:

Severe weather impacting travel
Lotus Koi Concierge does not provide refunds outside the terms stated above, including cancellations due to personal emergencies, unless otherwise required by law. However, a travel insurance policy may help you recover non-refundable costs.
Process
To request a refund, contact us at info@lotuskoi.co with your booking details. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days; however, it may take longer for the funds to appear in your account.
