I'm Rainee, and I started Lotus Koi Concierge in 2022 with a simple belief: the best experiences come from people who genuinely love where they're from. My family has called St. Thomas home for generations. These aren't just beaches to us — they're where we learned to swim, where we had our first dates, where we bring our own kids.
When you work with us, you're not a tourist — you're our guest. We introduce you to our favorite restaurant owners by name. We take you to the beaches where we actually go on our days off. We share the St. Thomas that guidebooks can't capture because it lives in relationships, not locations.
